Drone Video, Photos & Measurements
Satelite imagery to view roof schematics, along with drone footage of your roof, gutters, fascia, flashing, and chimney is not always an available option based on location, weather, follage, and more. Sometimes, the best (and safest) first hand look from the sky comes from piloting one of these little guys over top and around the perimeter of the home. Plus, when we do fly, oftentimes homeowners get excited about the aerial photos we are able to capture of their beautiful properties.
Comprehensive Report Detailing Aspects of Your Roof
Many roofing companies who utilize similar technology consider this information to be proprietary. Not us, it's our pleasure to share! Upon completion of each project, we present a complete 6-10 page roof report, along with a printed two year labor warranty to each of our clients. This includes areal view photography, draft drawings, square footage by area, angles, pitches, hips, valleys, ridges, etc.
This information can be helpful in the future when considering future additions, repairs or material costs.
